The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences' Department of Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine is comprised of over 100 board-certified anesthesiologists, intensivists and pain medicine physicians, 30 advanced practice providers and 50 residents and fellows servicing GW Hospital, Children's National Hospital and the DC Veteran's Affairs Hospital. All are committed to providing superior patient care with sub-specialty interests in all areas of anesthesiology, including cardiac, thoracic, obstetrics, neurological, pain, and intensive care.
